Response Analytics Dashboard

3 min read

The response analytics dashboard tracks five numbers updated daily. Reply rate by sequence and channel. Response time by rep (median, not average — averages hide outliers). Meeting booking rate from positive replies. Reply-to-pipeline conversion rate. Revenue per reply. These five numbers tell the complete story of outbound response performance. If reply rate is high but meeting rate is low, response handling needs work. If meeting rate is high but pipeline rate is low, discovery quality needs work. The dashboard is the diagnostic tool that points to the specific problem.

Do This

  • Track response analytics daily and review trends weekly
  • Segment by rep, sequence, channel, and persona to identify specific optimization opportunities
  • Calculate revenue per reply as the ultimate efficiency metric — it connects effort to outcome

Avoid This

  • Report only reply rate without tracking what happens after the reply
  • Use team averages without segmenting — the average hides the top and bottom performers
  • Review response analytics monthly — by then, the data is two weeks old and the opportunity to adjust is past
