Conversion Point Diagnostics

The outbound funnel has four conversion points: message-to-reply, reply-to-meeting, meeting-to-qualified, qualified-to-pipeline. Each point has a benchmark rate. Each point has a different optimization lever. Message-to-reply is optimized through personalization and channel strategy. Reply-to-meeting is optimized through response speed and booking mechanics. Meeting-to-qualified is optimized through discovery technique. Qualified-to-pipeline is optimized through follow-up and next-step commitment. Diagnose the weakest point first. Improving the bottleneck produces the largest impact with the least effort.
