Data Quality Dashboards

The data quality dashboard monitors the health of the data itself — not the business metrics, but the reliability of the data underlying them. Six panels: one per quality dimension. Each panel shows the current score, the trend, and the threshold. The dashboard answers: is our data getting better or worse? Which dimensions are degrading? Which data sources have the most issues? The audience for this dashboard is the data team and the data governance council. It is not an executive dashboard — it is an operational tool that ensures the executive dashboards can be trusted. When the quality dashboard shows all dimensions above threshold, the business dashboards are reliable. When any dimension drops below threshold, the data team investigates before the bad data reaches a decision.
