Platform ROI Analysis
3 min read
Each platform consumes effort and produces results. The ROI analysis quantifies both sides. Effort: hours spent creating, adapting, scheduling, and engaging per platform per week. Results: reach, engagement, website traffic, leads generated, and pipeline attributed. The ROI: pipeline per hour of effort. LinkedIn might produce $50K in pipeline per ten hours of weekly effort. Twitter might produce $5K per five hours. The ROI per hour is $5K versus $1K. The allocation decision follows the math. This does not mean abandoning lower-ROI platforms — it means right-sizing the investment. Five hours on Twitter at $1K per hour might still be worth it. Twenty hours would not.
