The Marketing Revenue Dashboard

The marketing revenue dashboard has four metrics. Marketing-sourced pipeline: total pipeline value from marketing-generated leads. Marketing-influenced pipeline: pipeline where marketing touched the account during the sales cycle. Pipeline-to-close rate: what percentage of marketing-sourced pipeline converts to revenue. Cost per pipeline dollar: how much marketing spends to generate each dollar of pipeline. These four numbers tell the complete revenue story. Everything else — impressions, clicks, MQLs — is input data that the C-suite does not need on the main view. Put the revenue metrics front and center. Put the input metrics behind a drill-down for the marketing team.
