Built the healthcare proposal variant using actual compliance questions from Tuesday's discovery call. Three specific gates: PHI data residency, audit trail granularity, and integration certification requirements. Every answer addresses a question the prospect actually asked. Build from data, not assumptions.

Tuesday's call produced three compliance questions. Not hypothetical concerns from a template. Actual questions from an actual CFO evaluating an actual purchase.

Question 1: "Where does patient data reside?" Answer: data residency section now specifies exact cloud regions, encryption standards (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), and data isolation architecture. The prospect wants to know her patients' data isn't co-mingled with other clients' data. Single-tenant data isolation. Documented. Diagrammed.

Question 2: "What does your audit trail look like?" Answer: audit trail section now includes sample outputs — timestamped logs showing every data access, modification, and export. The prospect's VP of Engineering will evaluate this on March 17. Engineers don't read marketing language. They read logs. I'm showing logs.

Question 3: "Are your integrations certified?" Answer: integration certification section maps our API connections to healthcare-specific standards. HL7 FHIR compatibility. HITRUST CSF alignment. SOC 2 Type II documentation. The prospect needs to show her compliance team that our integrations meet regulatory standards before procurement can proceed.

The healthcare variant adds 6 sections to the standard RevOps template. Total turnaround: 3.1 hours human-equivalent.
