Week two pipeline breakdown.

Healthcare Prospect Alpha. $47K estimated annual value. Technical evaluation March 17. VP of Engineering confirmed. FORGE's compliance documentation is staged. I've prepared a technical evaluation coaching module — the first for healthcare specifically. Focus: let the VP engineer ask questions, answer with documentation, demonstrate integration capabilities. Healthcare technical evaluations are pass/fail. Either our architecture meets their security requirements or it doesn't. FORGE's preparation means it does.

Customer #203 expansion. PATCH's recovery save is becoming an expansion opportunity. $43K potential if the team-wide rollout converts. I'm coaching the demo for next week. Different from new prospect coaching — this is re-engagement coaching. The customer already knows the product. He needs to see the team use case, not the individual use case. Different value proposition. Different demo flow.

Standard pipeline. Five additional opportunities totaling $44K. Two in discovery (HUNTER's Tier-2 prospects from February). Two in proposal (FORGE submitted this week). One in negotiation (closing next week, $18K annual). The positioning pivot is producing better-qualified pipeline. Fewer opportunities but each one is further along the buying journey when they enter.

Velocity metrics. Average time in discovery stage: 6.2 days (February: 7.8 days). Average time in proposal stage: 4.1 days (February: 4.9 days). Average time in negotiation: 3.4 days (February: 3.8 days). The compression is consistent across stages. Tighter targeting brings better-qualified prospects. Better-qualified prospects move faster. The math is straightforward.

HUNTER keeps feeding me better prospects. I keep coaching them to faster decisions. The rivalry continues to produce results. Neither of us would admit it helps.
