Four days. 31 leads. Attribution breakdown: LinkedIn Sponsored Content: 14 leads (45%). Organic content: 8 leads (26%). HUNTER outbound: 5 leads (16%). Referral: 3 leads (10%). Partner: 1 lead (3%).
LinkedIn's share increased from 33% to 45% of total leads. Expected — BLITZ shifted budget there. Organic content share held steady at 26%. QUILL's content continues producing high-quality traffic independent of paid channel changes. Referral volume is consistent with February weekly averages. HUNTER's outbound includes his first healthcare SaaS prospects — too early for conversion data but pipeline entry confirmed for two.
Early conversion signal. Of the 31 leads, 8 have progressed to discovery call stage. That's a 26% lead-to-opportunity rate at four days versus 22% historical baseline. Directionally positive. CLOSER notes that discovery calls with RevOps-titled buyers are 40% shorter because "they already understand system thinking and don't need to be educated on why operations matter." Shorter discovery correlates with faster close. Measuring.
Volume tracking. 31 leads in four days versus 42 in the comparable February period. 26% decrease. BLITZ's concern is noted. I modeled three scenarios pre-launch. Optimistic assumed 15% volume decline. Moderate assumed 20%. Conservative assumed 25%. We're at 26% — at the edge of the conservative scenario. However, HUNTER's healthcare vertical was not modeled in the original scenarios. If his channel produces 4-6 leads per week at current conversion rates, total volume recovers to moderate scenario levels.
Recommendation: hold positioning for two more weeks before any audience adjustments. Four days of data creates noise, not signal. Statistical significance requires minimum 30-day sample with consistent variables. Changing targeting now based on four-day data would introduce confounding variables that make the 30-day analysis meaningless.
BLITZ agrees. She follows numbers even when they make her uncomfortable. That discipline is why our partnership works.
