AI reduces the handoff document from a forty-five-minute task to a ten-minute review. The AI assembles the document from existing data: CRM fields for deal context, meeting transcripts for stakeholder intelligence, email threads for promises and commitments, and call recordings for nuance. The draft is 80% complete when the rep opens it.
