Module 1: Governance Architecture

The structural foundation — regulatory mapping, risk quantification, and automated compliance systems. Three disciplines converging into a single governance blueprint.

Module 2: Organizational Readiness

Technology adoption fails at the human layer. DISC profiling of governance stakeholders, change resistance diagnostics, and culture assessment frameworks that predict whether the organization is ready or pretending to be.

Module 3: Implementation & Sustainability

From architecture to operation — technical governance enforcement in production, vendor contract frameworks, and the continuous governance cadence that keeps the system alive after the initial deployment.
