Customer Intelligence Feeds

3 min read

Customer intelligence is not a pre-sale activity that ends when the contract is signed. It is a continuous feed that deepens throughout the relationship. Before the sale, BEACON identifies dark assets, competitive gaps, and value propositions. After the sale, the intelligence shifts from "what should we sell them?" to "what do they need next?" and "what risks are emerging?" The client's world does not freeze when they sign with you. Their competitors move. Their leadership changes. Their market shifts. If your intelligence stops at signature, you are navigating with a map that gets more outdated every day.

  1. Deploy CW Research Sprints on a Recurring Cadence Schedule automated Co-Worker research sprints against every active account. Tier 1 accounts get monthly deep dives — competitive landscape refresh, leadership change scan, market positioning update. Tier 2 accounts get quarterly automated scans. Tier 3 accounts get trigger-based monitoring. The CW research sprint runs the same intelligence framework BEACON uses pre-sale, but now it is continuous. The output feeds directly into the health model.
  2. Monitor for Dark Asset Evolution The dark assets BEACON identified pre-sale do not stay static. A data asset the client was not leveraging six months ago may now be partially activated — which means the original value proposition needs updating. A relationship asset may have atrophied due to staff turnover. Run dark asset re-scans quarterly and compare against the original assessment. The delta between original and current dark asset state tells you whether the client is capturing the value you identified or leaving it on the table.
  3. Surface Trigger Events in Real Time Trigger events — leadership changes, funding rounds, acquisitions, competitive losses, regulatory shifts — change the client's context overnight. CW monitoring agents scan news feeds, press releases, SEC filings, and social media for trigger events across your portfolio. When a trigger fires, it generates an alert with the event, its potential impact on the engagement, and a recommended response. BEACON validates the alert. I decide the action. The client hears from us within 24 hours of a material change in their world — often before their own team has processed it.
