The Compliance Dashboard

3 min read

The compliance dashboard provides real-time visibility into compliance status across all frameworks, all controls, and all evidence artifacts. It is the operational interface for compliance monitoring — the screen that tells the compliance owner whether immediate action is required or the program is operating normally.

  1. Framework-Level Status For each compliance framework, show the overall compliance percentage — obligations with healthy controls and current evidence divided by total obligations. Green above 95%, amber between 85% and 95%, red below 85%. The framework-level view answers: are we compliant with this framework?
  2. Control Health Map A matrix of all controls with real-time health indicators. The heat map immediately reveals which controls need attention. The map is sortable by framework, by status, and by last-checked timestamp so the compliance owner can focus on the most urgent issues first.
  3. Trend Analysis Compliance percentage trended over time for each framework. An upward trend confirms the program is improving. A downward trend signals drift that needs intervention. The trend is more important than the current value — a system at 92% and improving is healthier than one at 96% and declining. [CLEARED]: Trend direction is the leading indicator of compliance health.
