Recurring Briefing Cadences

3 min read

Recurring briefs create a rhythm that executives plan around. A weekly competitive digest lands every Monday at 7 AM. A monthly strategic assessment arrives the last Friday of each month. A quarterly intelligence review is delivered one week before the quarterly planning session. The cadence builds expectation and habit — the executive knows when to expect intelligence and allocates attention accordingly. Ad hoc briefs are for urgent findings. Recurring briefs are for systematic awareness.
