Intent Activation Workflows

3 min read

Intent data is only as valuable as the speed at which it is activated. An account that crosses the tier-one threshold today but does not get outreach until next week has lost most of its intent advantage. Intent activation workflows are automated processes that detect threshold crossings, route accounts to the right team member, and trigger the appropriate outreach sequence — all within hours, not days.

  1. Real-Time Threshold Alerts Configure your intent platform and CRM to generate real-time alerts when an account crosses a tier threshold. Tier-one alerts go directly to the assigned SDR with full account context. Tier-two alerts add the account to the priority outbound queue. Tier-three alerts add the account to the nurture campaign. No manual intervention required for routing.
  2. Auto-Enrichment on Alert When a threshold alert fires, automatically enrich the account with the latest data: current buying committee contacts, recent trigger events, technology stack updates, and the specific intent signals that triggered the alert. The SDR receives a complete account brief, not just a name and a score.
  3. Sequence Auto-Assignment Based on the intent signals that triggered the threshold, automatically assign the most relevant outreach sequence. Technology migration signals trigger the competitive displacement sequence. Hiring signals trigger the scaling challenges sequence. Research intent triggers the thought leadership sequence. Signal type determines messaging angle.
