Evolving the Platform Strategy

The platform landscape changes. Algorithms shift. Audiences migrate. New platforms emerge. The platform strategy must evolve with it. Quarterly platform strategy review: evaluate ROI per platform, audience engagement trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platform pilots. The output: effort reallocation decisions. Increase investment in platforms showing positive ROI trends. Decrease investment in declining platforms. Launch pilots on emerging platforms that pass the four-question evaluation. Retire platforms that have not produced measurable pipeline in two quarters. The strategy is alive. The team that reviewed their platform strategy six months ago and has not revisited it is optimizing for a landscape that no longer exists.
