Where to Go Next

3 min read

This course gave you the behavioral framework for AI adoption: the failure modes, the stakeholder ecosystem, the adoption curve, the organizational DISC. The 201-level CM courses go deeper on each pillar. Which one you need first depends on where your current initiatives are failing.

  1. CM-201a: Stakeholder Profiling Go here if your rollout is stalled and you cannot identify why. This course deepens the stakeholder map with DISC profiling, behavioral signals, influence mapping, and the communication matrix. If you have stakeholders you cannot read, this is the next course.
  2. CM-201b: Rollout Architecture Go here if your pilot succeeded but your production rollout is failing. This course covers pilot design for replication, phase gate criteria, resource planning, and transformation measurement. If the transition from pilot to production is the problem, this is the next course.
  3. CM-201c: Resistance Patterns and Recovery Go here if you have active resistance and need a diagnostic framework. This course covers the six resistance types, intervention frameworks for each, and recovery playbooks for stalled rollouts and public failures. If you have identified resistance but do not know how to address it, this is the next course.
