The Transformation Scorecard

4 min read

The executive sponsor needs to be able to advocate for the initiative in 60 seconds. This means they need to know: are we on track, what is working, what is not working, and what do they specifically need to do. A 15-slide performance deck does not produce that capability. A single-page transformation scorecard does. The scorecard is not a summary of everything — it is a curated selection of the highest-signal data points, formatted for an executive who has three minutes to review it before a leadership team meeting.
