Production Workflow Design
3 min read
Each recurring product has a production workflow — the sequence of steps from data collection to delivery. Standardizing the workflow ensures consistent quality regardless of which analyst produces the product. The workflow has five stages: collection (gather the data inputs), analysis (apply the analytical framework), drafting (produce the content in the template format), review (quality gate before delivery), and delivery (route to consumers through the configured channel). Each stage has a defined owner, a time budget, and quality criteria.
