Landscape Deliverable Formats

3 min read

Three standard deliverable formats serve most landscape intelligence needs. The landscape snapshot is a point-in-time view of all tracked competitors across key dimensions — produced quarterly, used for strategic planning. The trajectory update is a quarterly delta showing how each competitor's position has changed — produced quarterly after the snapshot, used for competitive response planning. The alert brief is triggered by a significant landscape event (new entrant, M&A, strategic pivot) and delivered within 48 hours — used for rapid response decisions.
