Value Narrative Templates

3 min read

Value narrative templates standardize the structural architecture while allowing content customization per customer. The template defines: the four-part sequence, the evidence layering requirements per section, the minimum number of dark assets to include, the objection inoculation placement, and the action item format. The template does not dictate the prose — it dictates the structure. Two analysts using the same template will produce different narratives with the same quality standard. The template is the quality floor, not the quality ceiling.

Industry-specific template variants encode the dark asset patterns for each vertical. The healthcare template prompts for compliance metrics and patient outcomes. The SaaS template prompts for implementation speed and retention rates. The professional services template prompts for talent retention and project success rates. The variant focuses the analyst on the highest-probability dark asset locations while maintaining the universal four-part structure.
